Please remember your application is our first impression of you. It gives us a chance to gauge your personality and experience. Furthermore, the profiles of successful applicants are presented to our clients where they will select their preferred staff for each job. Clients are more likely to select profiles where they see the candidates have experience in the sector they require assistance, whether that be IT, gaming, beauty, sales, food/beverage, corporate events or luxury goods. Therefore, it is best to include all of your experience to maximize your chances to be selected by each of our clients.
We require you to upload a minimum of 4 photographs when you submit your application. The two styles of photographs that we prefer applicants to submit are ideally:
* Professional photographs – Taken of you in a studio or on location.
* Event photos – Photos of you working at a corporate event or on a promotional job either dressed in business attire or in promotional clothing. This helps clients envisage how you would look if you are booked for one of their jobs as opposed to images that are photoshopped, airbrushed or edited.
Please make sure the photos you submit are only of you and not any group photographs. The photos should be a clear representation of you and should be taken within the last 6 months.
Getting to Know You:
Initially we will conduct either a Skype or telephone interview to get to know applicants better. We also hold interview days every six months to meet new staff in person. Our management team often attends events and campaigns so we can spend some time with you all.
We require all applicants to provide a copy of their passport and visa (if required) at the time of applying, so we can verify you can legally work in the UK.
Please note that Echo Staffing Ltd operates on a PAYE basis and all payments are subject to tax and national insurance. Payments are made via bank transfer at the end of each month via our payroll system.
